It is one of the two oldest dude ranches in Wyoming. The expansive ranch lands are contiguous with the Shoshone National Forest and Fitzpatrick Wilderness. You can ride, fish, hike, swim, picnic, participate in activities, such as square dances or cookouts, playing softball, horseshoes or volleyball, ping pong or just relax with your favorite book. Towering more than a mile above the valley of Jackson Hole, the Tetons rise to 13,770 feet. Twelve Teton peaks reach above 12,000 feet and support a dozen mountain glaciers. The west side of the range slopes gently, showing the angle of tilt of the Earth's crust. The Teton Range is the youngest range in the Rockies and displays some of North America's oldest rocks. One of my favorite places in America.

Teton
Towering more than a mile above the valley of Jackson
Hole, the Tetons rise to 13,770 feet. Twelve Teton peaks reach above 12,000 feet
and support a dozen mountain glaciers. The west side of the range slopes gently,
showing the angle of tilt of the Earth's crust. The Teton Range is the youngest
range in the Rockies and displays some of North America's oldest rocks.
One of my favorite places in America.
Yellowstone National Park by the National Parks Service. Provides a brief history of the park along with web pages for the parks recreation, transportation, fees, park facilities, and operating hours.
Yellowstone National Park - Established on March 1, 1872, Yellowstone National Park is the first and oldest national park in the world. Preserved within Yellowstone are Old Faithful Geyser and some 10,000 hot springs and geysers, the majority of the planet's total. An outstanding mountain wild land with clean water and air, Yellowstone is home of the grizzly bear and wolf, and free-ranging herds of bison and elk.
The Yellowstone Journal provides articles and photographs of the wildlife and wilderness of Yellowstone National Park along with much more. Check it out!
