CM Ranch, situated in a peaceful, secluded valley at the mouth of Jakey’s Fork Canyon in the Wind River Mountains, has specialized in family vacations since 1927. It is one of the two oldest dude ranches in Wyoming. The expansive ranch lands are contiguous with the Shoshone National Forest and Fitzpatrick Wilderness. Towering more than a mile above the valley of Jackson Hole, the Tetons rise to 13,770 feet. Twelve Teton peaks reach above 12,000 feet and support a dozen mountain glaciers. The west side of the range slopes gently, showing the angle of tilt of the Earth's crust. The Teton Range is the youngest range in the Rockies and displays some of North America's oldest rocks.
