Our climate-controlled gym offers top-of-the-line exercise gear including: Stationary bicycles - Stair climbers - Elliptical trainers - Treadmills - Free weights - Cybex® weight-training equipment  

Join our trained fitness staff for a complete cardiovascular and weight training workout. All workouts include shorts, T-shirts, robes and sandals. To ensure availability, please make reservations for spa service in advance. No appointment is necessary for use of our spa and fitness facilities. There is a charge for spa access, but there is free access access with selected spa treatments. Advance reservations for services are recommended and can be made up to 14 days in advance. Hydrotherapy  
Relax, revitalize and improve your circulation as you unwind in a warm whirlpool bath surrounded by aromatic candles. After your bath, your attendant will serve a warm cup of herbal tea. Bath service fees are in addition to the facility fee.  

Aromatherapy Seaweed Bath
Three types of seaweed, minerals and vitamins create a richly concentrated aromatic bath that nourishes the body and helps eliminate toxicity.

Aromatherapy Relaxation Bath
Settle into a whirlpool bath with a fragrant combination of Dead Sea salts, plant-based emollients and vitamin E. Soothe, refresh and hydrate your skin for ultimate relaxation.

Natural Moor Mud Bath
Moor mud fuels this soothing treatment that eliminates toxicity, activates and improves circulation, eases muscle tension and pain, and improves the skin's elasticity.
