Light to medium pressure using long, kneading strokes for relaxation and improved circulation.
Deep Tissue Massage:
Medium to deep pressure with focus on tense or knotted tissue, perfect for active or overworked individuals.
River Stone Massage:
As relaxing as Swedish and as penetrating as Deep Tissue, the body is massaged with oil and warmed stones.
Reflexology:
Acupressure on the feet results in total body relaxation.
