At Olives, the new Jeffrey Beers design offers an inviting milieu of natural hues, golden tones, dark woods, and distressed leather combined with a sexy, sleek appeal.

Included in the design is the trademark chef’s farm table with a view into the open kitchen, and of course, the stunning view of Lake Bellagio and the dancing fountains from the dining room and patio.

From the expansive display of noodle-filled apothecary jars to the lavish use of gilt and polished marble, designer Tony Chi's striking design for Noodles is sleek, modern and inspired. Chart your own culinary journey of the Far East with authentic noodle, rice and congee specialties from Thailand, Japan, China, and Vietnam, as well as Hong Kong-style barbecue specialties.
 

At FIX, guests will experience both “the scene and cuisine,” savoring an approachable, high-quality menu in a cutting edge environment that feels at once intimate and expansive.

Whether interested in a pre-show dinner or a late-night dining experience, you will find an immersive, sophisticated yet welcoming ambience. The menu, designed to offer the best in classic American fare, focuses on simply prepared, top-quality fish, meat and poultry, cooked to order on a wood-burning grill. Freshly baked breads and playful desserts round out the menu – all offered up with an emphasis on detailed service and presentation.

The space, constructed almost entirely of Costa Rican Padouk wood, has been designed by Graft Lab of Berlin to create a warm, welcoming environment within a unique and vibrant design. The high-energy bar and lounge offers a full menu and specialty cocktails.
