Bar Masa Chef Masa Takayama, whose Japanese cuisine remains unrivaled, will make his much-anticipated entrance into Las Vegas with Bar Masa at ARIA Resort & Casino in CityCenter. Continuing the tradition that has made his New York restaurant legendary, the ARIA outpost will offer two separate dining spaces, each unique in ambiance, service and cuisine. The 150-seat Bar Masa, located in a casual, airy space beneath a TK-foot vaulted ceiling, will invite guests to sample their choice of modern Japanese food from an à la carte menu. The more exclusive Shaboo, set in an intimate, reserved room of just 54 seats, will offer an omakase-style experience orchestrated anew each day by Chef Masa. Wrapped in a design by Richard Bloch Architect, the interior’s use of natural elements creates an effect both intimate and serene, aptly reflecting the purity of Masa’s cuisine. Shaboo Shaboo, an intimate dining room within BARMASA, offers the Japanese variant of a "hot pot," known as shabu-shabu in an exclusive, tranquil and truly rare dining experience. Masa's unique talent for omakase will appeal to a variety of discerning palettes.

 

Sage Sage serves contemporary American cuisine spiced with global influences in a sophisticated, yet comfortable atmosphere. Critically-acclaimed Chef Shawn McClain combines farm-to-table produce, artisanal meats and sustainable seafood with an emphasis on simple, clean flavors and seasonal ingredients. Mirroring the chef's commitment to seasonality, cutting-edge mixologists infuse the fresh fruit purees, boutique liquors and home-made bitters into daily cocktail offerings.

 

Julian Serrano Julian Serrano stretches the boundaries of small plates and introduces guests to delectable interpretations of his native Spanish fare. American Fish Inspired by the regional bounty of America's great lakes, rivers and coasts, AMERICAN FISH by Michael Mina serves refined seafood cuisine inside of a traditional lodge environment that feels both refreshingly familiar and exquisitely forward-thinking.
