Stockade Bed and Breakfast
Come experience the finest in Southern bed and breakfast lodging in our elegant, comfortable home filled with beautiful antiques, fine art, and luxury accommodations. The Stockade, located on historic Highland Road near LSU and downtown Baton Rouge, is a large Spanish-style hacienda with six comfortable guestrooms. Once a Civil War stockade, the bed and breakfast is named after its 19th century military origin and is listed on the National Registration of Historical Places as an archeological site. A guarded entrance at the road greets guests as they enter the property and serves as a reminder of The Stockade’s interesting past.
