In recent years, the City of Aventura has adopted several
initiatives aimed at reinforcing a strong sense of community. With the
building of its first Charter School in 2003, our new Community Recreation
Center, Veterans Park and Waterways Park Expansion the City continues to grow
and progress, and so does its strong sense of community.

All Ages. Throughout the year, the City of
Aventura has exciting events for the entire family including Arbor Day, July 4th
Fireworks, Halloween, Veterans Day, and Founders Day. Subscribe to

to beautiful outdoor shopping centers of Loehmann's Island and waterfront
Shoppes at the Waterways, there's inviting shopping for all seasons and every

Shop and dine in elegance at Aventura Mall. With more than
2.3 million square feet of style, Aventura Mall is South Florida's most
